In mid-July, the vibrant city of Bucharest hosted the PCM International Conference 2025, a flagship event for the global Process Communication Model® community. For two days, the Radisson Blu Hotel became a hub of energy and inspiration as more than 150 participants gathered on July 10 and 11 to explore how PCM gives us the human edge in a digital era.

Crossing Borders, Sharing Perspectives
This year’s PCM International Conference 2025 Bucharest welcomed attendees from over a dozen countries, each contributing cultural richness and professional experiences. Coaches, trainers, leaders, and personal development enthusiasts – many also connected to the International Coach Federation (ICF) – united around one passion: communication that connects people.
The diversity of voices reminded us that PCM transcends borders, proving once again that human connection is universal. Smiles, laughter, and a genuine sense of OKness filled every hallway and session room, creating a contagious atmosphere of positivity.
Voices that Inspired
The program featured 15 international speakers and 20 keynotes and workshops, blending expertise with creativity and fun. Hosts Mickaël Dufourneaud, PCM Chief Master trainer, and Edith Doosje, PCM Certifying Master Trainer and PCM Distributor for the Netherlands & Belgium, kept the rhythm alive, professional, engaging, and playful.
A highlight came from Cyril Collignon, CEO of Kahler Communications, who surprised the audience with four original AI-generated songs dedicated to PCM and the power of human connection. The hall turned into a celebration, showing that PCM isn’t just theory — it’s a lived experience that unites people worldwide.
Adding to the inspiration, short films of Dr. Taibi Kahler, founder of PCM, reminded everyone of his vision. His timeless message continues to guide the community, ensuring PCM remains innovative while rooted in human values.
Learning Through Experience

Workshops and interactive sessions were a defining feature of the PCM International Conference 2025 Bucharest. Participants didn’t just listen: they practiced PCM concepts in engaging, hands-on ways.
The lively session “Connecting the Dots” by Rainer Salcher and Uwe Reiner-Kolouch stood out, creating buzz and insights among participants. Another milestone was Sixtine’s research session, featuring her innovative “egg experiment,” which opened new perspectives on communication research within PCM.
Connections that Last
Beyond the official program, the event overflowed with connection. Networking breaks and informal conversations sparked friendships and professional collaborations. A rooftop social evening overlooking Bucharest gave participants the chance to relax, share stories, and dance, perfectly reflecting the heart of PCM: authentic human connection.
The Human Edge in Action
Under the theme “Elevating Communication with PCM: The Human Edge in a Digital Era,” the conference showed how PCM equips us to nurture empathy and authenticity, even as technology evolves. From music to research, coaching to workshops, the message was clear: PCM remains the compass for building meaningful communication.
Looking Toward Tomorrow

Closing the event, Cyril Collignon emphasized growth, innovation, and the strength of the PCM community. His words, combined with the enthusiasm of participants, left everyone motivated to continue their PCM journey.
The PCM International Conference 2025 Bucharest was more than an event; it was a global celebration of learning, research, and connection. From Taibi Kahler’s enduring vision to AI songs and groundbreaking workshops, the two days proved PCM is alive, evolving, and deeply human.
Thank you to everyone who joined in Bucharest. Until we meet again, let’s continue to embrace the human edge, elevate communication, and trust the process.
