About me
Xenia Malysheva is a Certified PCM® Trainer and the founder of XENITY Advisory (xenityadvisory.com), a Singapore practice working with C-suite executives, HR leaders and senior teams across Asia-Pacific.
She came to PCM® from international law — six years of contracts, due diligence and M&A, latterly as in-house counsel at Louis Dreyfus Company, one of the world's largest commodity traders — where negotiations turn on the same skill leadership does: reading the person across the table and choosing the words that actually reach them. PCM® gave that instinct a validated, observable structure — and made it teachable.
Her practice integrates PCM® with cross-cultural communication research (Hall, Hofstede, Ting-Toomey), calibrated for Asian business contexts — where a feedback technique that works in Rotterdam can quietly humiliate in Jakarta.
Her trainings are personalised end to end — workshops for corporate and leadership teams, individual sessions with senior executives — delivered on-site in Singapore and online across Asia-Pacific.
