Hello! I'm Sara.

I offer guidance to those seeking to identify and address blockages on mental, emotional, somatic, and/or spiritual levels and find freedom and clarity towards their life goals.

My aim is to assist individuals in shifting, expanding, and discovering creative ways to consciously choose the life they want to live, whether on a personal journey, in relationships with loved ones, or pursuing work-related goals.

I love witnessing the magic that unfolds as we embark on a journey together and watching my coachee transform into the butterfly they are.
