Learn to read what people do, say and show, then use it with every client. PCM Coach Certification turns Process Communication Model into a working method for your practice, in 100% live virtual sessions.
Is this certification for you?
PCM Coach Certification is built for professionals whose work depends on reading people accurately. You start by learning the model on yourself, then get certified to use it with clients.
One prerequisite
You are a practicing professional coach. PCM Coach Certification is an accreditation that builds on an existing coaching practice: you already hold the client relationship, PCM gives you a method to work it with far more precision. If you are not a coach yet, start with PCM Core Topics or with your own PCM Profile, and come back when your practice is established.
Read a person in minutes
Identify someone’s Personality Structure from the way they speak, and know which channel will reach them before the session even starts.
See stress before it escalates
Recognize the first signals of distress in a client, and use the specific move that brings the conversation back to a productive place.
Debrief a PCM Profile
Deliver a 30-page Profile so that a client leaves with something they can apply the same week.

half-days of live training
Spread over four months, mornings only
Longer than most.
That is the point.
Most communication certifications fit into two or three days. PCM does not, and that is a deliberate choice. Reading a person under stress is not a slide you memorize. You learn the model on yourself first, you practice it on real clients under the supervision of a Master Trainer, and you are assessed on a real-life situation before you carry the badge.
- Mornings only. Every block runs from 9:00am to 12:00pm US CT. Your afternoons stay with your clients.
- Grouped into blocks. Four months, six blocks. You plan around them instead of clearing your calendar.
- Recognized volume. 24 CPTM recertification credit hours, pre-approved by Training Industry.
Ask our Certified Coaches what changed after certification and they will start with their clients, then keep going. The way of listening you build over four months travels with you: into a conversation with your teenager, into a partnership you want to repair, into the meetings that shape your week. PCM becomes a professional method, and it stays a personal one.
How the certification unfolds

Questions we get asked
If yours is not here, ask us directly.
Because you are certified on what you can do, not on what you attended. Nineteen half-days is what it takes to learn the model on yourself, practice it on real clients under the supervision of a Master Trainer, and be assessed on a real coaching situation. Sessions run mornings only, from 9:00am to 12:00pm US Central Time, grouped into blocks over four months, so the certification fits around an existing practice.
Yes. PCM Coach Certification is an accreditation for practicing professional coaches: part of the program is assessed on your work with your own clients, which is why an existing practice is required. If you are not a coach, you can still learn the model. Start with PCM Core Topics, or with your own PCM Profile, and come back to the certification when your practice is established.
Yes. Every session is live and remote with an instructor, never a recorded module. You interact with your trainer and your cohort in real time throughout the four months, and you are expected to keep video and audio on for the full duration of each session.
Three complimentary PCM Profiles to use with your own clients during the certification, a $1,200 value at list price. Your PCM Summary and your own 30-page Profile, debriefed with a trainer. All Core Topics and Advanced Topics participant guides. And, once certified, access to ready-to-use coaching materials, the community of Certified Professionals, and ongoing webinars and masterclasses.
Yes. PCM is part of the Certified Professional in Training Management recertification providers program. PCM Coach Certification is pre-approved by Training Industry and fulfills 24 CPTM recertification credit hours.
PCM Coach Certification qualifies you to debrief PCM Profiles and coach individuals. PCM Team Coach Certification is a three-day add-on that extends the same skills to groups: you learn to read a team’s dynamics and to lead PCM Leadership coaching sessions. You must hold the Coach Certification before taking it.
Full payment is due 30 days before the first day of training. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. A full refund is issued if written notice is received at least 60 days before the first day of training.
